The adjusters at Florida Adjusting Services Team (FAST) are licensed and bonded. Although we are headquartered in sunny South Florida, we are also affiliated with reputable public insurance adjusters nationwide. In 2008 we celebrated our tenth anniversary.
FAST adjusters are proud members of the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA) and we adhere to the strictest standard of ethics in the industry. FAPIA is the largest public adjusting trade association in the nation.
Our primary adjuster, Nancy Dominguez, served the public relations committee of FAPIA for three years and the legislative committee for one year. In 2007 she was honored by her peers by being asked to serve on the Board of Directors. In addition to representing insured Floridians state wide, Nancy Dominguez, volunteers her time to help others. She is licensed in the great state of Florida and has licenses pending in both Texas and Connecticutt.

The team at Florida Adjusting Services is well versed in construction issues. Everyone from support staff to in house and field adjusters are required to pass a 60 hour construction course and examination. The course starts from architectural plan drawings of a home to the final phases of construction and everything in between. This requirement as well as years of experience allow us to understand and estimate the full scope of your property damages.

FAST was originally formed in 1998 under the name, Quality Claim Consultants. This firm was also owned and operated by Nancy A. Dominguez. The company reorganized in 2000 and became Florida Adjusting Services Team. Although the company has been in business since 1998, our lead adjuster has had more than 20 years of experience with insurance claims.
Prior to becoming a licensed public insurance adjuster, Nancy Dominguez worked as a litigation paralegal for trial attorney, Rodney D. Logan in downtown Miami. Her responsibilities included making sure that all of the files in the office were trial ready. She has handled claims from the preliminary interview with the client, pre litigation investigation, all the way to being the attorney’s right hand at trial.
